Working your spiritual muscles is similar to working your physical muscles, you need to carve out some time in your day, because you get out of it, what you put into it! You don’t wake-up one morning with this chiseled body, nor do you wake-up one day with the knowledge and understanding of your spiritual connection.
To ignore the power of your 'spirit' is like skipping a meal - it leaves you empty, as we are body, mind and spirit!
Not everyone wants to diet and exercise, but it makes you feel a heck of a lot better when you do. The same is true about working your spiritual muscles.
There are a number of ways you can do that, for some it could simply be studying and investigating the subject. For others it may be studying, reading, praying, fellowship or serving.
